Program issue or mindset?

I have a program I developed that I have sold 13 times at $3K. It’s an 8 week program designed to help clinicians find the work they love doing in their career on their terms, and I support them to make it happen. Although it has been well received, the price is always a sticking point. My other lower ticket group programs sell like hotcakes.

I’m trying to work out if my program needs tailoring and repricing. I feel like reducing is caving and my biz coach said not to do it. Or whether I don’t fully believe and love my program and that’s why I am not selling more of it.

I want to be in a place where I am so confident about my high ticket offer that its easy to sell and I am not there yet. I think that’s why I am stalling.
