Accountability stickers

Just wanted to share this silly trick I’ve been using to keep myself accountable: in my bullet journal (which I also use for thought downloads) I have a page where each day I give myself cute little stickers based on the commitments to myself I’ve actually kept: doing my thought download/homework, meditating, doing my mini core workout, going to bed before 11, and not eating sweets after dinner.

When I get a five-sticker row, I feel very pleased. Yes, exactly like a toddler. 🙂

Sharing in case somebody else finds it useful. Whatever works, right?
