Since the 100 urges have worked amazingly well for me but I still struggle with buffets, I was wondering about having lunch at a buffet on purpose, as many times as needed, to jot down my cravings and thoughts around them. I’m planning to experiment with that tomorrow, on my own and with my usual protocol (no sugar, no flour, only eat as long as I’m hungry) and I’ve already prepared some intentional thoughts: when I take care of myself, I feel love towards myself; nothing can derail me from my decisions (which leads me to the invincible feeling I’m borrowing from another SCS – thanks!).
