C- self
T-I am not allowed to be proud of myself, feel good about myself, be happy with myself
F- sucks
A- project onto others that they are putting me down
R- unhappy at work and in relationships

I am willing to be proud of myself, I am open to feeling good about myself, I am open to considering that I am allowed to be happy with myself

T-I choose to feel proud of myself, I choose to feel good about msyelf, I choose to be happy with myself, unconditionally
F- safe within myself, safe with others
A- control the parts of my life I can
R- healthy relationships in life and work
