How can I make this easier?

During the week, I’m very focused on SCS assignments, following my schedule, noticing my thoughts, following my food protocol, trying to believe new thoughts, etc.

By the time the weekend comes, I feel like I need a break from ALL OF IT and sometimes give in and buffer with food.

My questions:
1) How can I do all of this work in a way that feels easier? I think I’m pushing so hard and operating from a place of willpower because I want so badly to change. How can I still do all the things but from a better energy so I don’t feel mentally exhausted from striving?
2) How can I create that feeling of relaxing on the weekend without buffering? I’m guessing it has to do with changing the feelings I’m having during the week so there’s nothing to escape?
