Cant find a compelling reason

Hi Brooke,
I am really struggling with finding my compelling reason to lose weight. I have been over drinking for years, and decided that I was done with it last month. I have not had a drink in a month – which may be the longest in my adult life! Big win. I have lost 18 lbs this year – but none since I stopped drinking. I thought it would just melt off when I stopped drinking. But, that was not the case. I have also noticed that as soon as I dip a pound or so lower, I am suddenly dealing with insatiable cravings for cake or pizza. I am not sure what to do?
