I’ve been listening to some of the overeating Q&As under Assets for overeating and it sounds like there’s a lot of people doing low carb protocols. I know we’re not about calorie counting, but is there any thoughts on fats vs. carbs. vs protein breakdown?

For example, if I ate literally 100% fat.. probably not the right choice – same goes for carbs or protein, so I’m sure it matters somewhat to have a balance.
