change protocol or wait it out?

I’m about 3 weeks into my protocol which is two meals per day between 11am-6pm, no snacking, no flour, no sugar, 1 glass of wine per week. I sometimes have a third meal if I need it – I do not believe I am fat adapted yet. I have so far lost zero pounds, although I did catch a glimpse of my collar bones today!?

I’ve heard you mention that it took you six weeks before you lost any weight but I’ve also heard you mention that we should switch up our protocol after two weeks if it isn’t working. Should I stick with this or change it up a bit? If I were to make a change, would you suggest removing fruit? I have a serving of fruit (2 clementines or an apple w/ sf peanut butter) with each meal (along with fat, veggies and a protein).
