Creating a daily practice of the many options presented in Sept + Oct ^


The September “Getting Things Done” daily practice was a game changer for me. This month I’m also getting rich information from each week’s emphasis on thoughts vs facts, feelings, actions and results. I know there’s no one answer or way to incorporate this work into a daily routine – and – would you please throw out some suggestions on how to keep these explorations up as you offer up new angles each month? I very much want to keep mining what’s in here without getting overwhelmed by what’s now 5 juicy ways to explore the daily thought download. Asking for guidance and advice / thoughts from you as someone who’s been interacting with this work for a long time and has ample experience with it.
