Creating Value vs Money Beliefs

In your last podcast “money beliefs” you talked about creating value instead of earning money. Which gave us a new perspective of how to set goals based on what we offer (value) and over delivering, instead of looking for ways people should pay us for our product (also known as earn money).

I’m concerned with under charging for memberships ($10 per member/monthly subscription) but trying to shift my mind from “earning” money to “creating value”. Our desire is to create a cure for loneliness (add a lot of value) by using the fitness industry as our vehicle. We feel like we are setting ourselves up for doing a lot of work for little return. How do you discover new ways to over deliver and feel confident in the price you charge?
