Daily Homework

This is what I wrote from my daily thought download – “I need to have courage. If I just get organized, I will not feel so overwhelmed. I am going to be ok. Touch it only once. I might have to start saying no. Make a decision and live with it.”
Then I came to Question 2 – What are the facts of this download? I was not able to identify any.
3. Positive Daily Thoughts? I am going to be ok.
4. Negative Daily Thoughts? I don’t have courage. I am not organized. I am overwhelmed. I am not making decisions. I am not sticking to my decisions.
Did I miss anything besides sometimes my thoughts are pretty bossy! And I know that is a thought also!
