Fat adapted?

I have been following a no sugar no flour protocol for 4 weeks and I think I.m fat adapted now. I am getting only mildly hungry after about 6-7 hours after lunch and then can only eat about 2/3 of my meal before feeling satisfied. Does this mean I need to adjust my hunger scale? Should I still want to eat until Iā€™m at minus four? Or is my minus 4 just going to feel different?
