Finding an inspiring thought

Thank you for your Overeating call last night. So good! I need some help on a response you gave me. I asked how to stay inspired when the scale weight does not budge for days. You said do not rely on the scale to inspire me. Use my thinking for inspiration. My thought for March was “I am killing it at 125 lbs”. The first thought I had come up with was “I weigh 125 lbs and I gladly stick to my protocol so I can keep my blood sugar low and reach my goal weight.” My weight coach suggested I come up with something more inspiring. I am within 2-3 lbs of my goal weight and my blood sugar is great now. Could you make some suggestions for more inspiring thoughts I can use? Now that we have moved on to Time Management I feel a bit uninspired…..thank you!
