Gym Model Help.


I am new to Scholars and I am so excited to apply the model daily in my life.
I needed a little help figuring out what my thoughts should be in my intentional model. It’s quite challenging at times to revise my thinking.

C Not going to the gym
T I’m scared of checking out the new gym that is closer to home
F fear, uncertainty, outside of my comfort zone
A put off going, not going
R Don’t work out like I used to at my old gym just 2 weeks ago.

C Not going to the gym
F excited to go, new gym– it’s no big deal
A Check out the new gym
R work out consistently, once again.

Please help with some thoughts I could have in the intentional model. I know that I want to feel excited to go.
