Help with overeating model R

Hello, coaches!
I could use some help with the R of my model. I have a weight goal to lose 6 pounds and I ate off plan yesterday at my mom’s house.

C ate sunchips, peanuts, chips off plan
T I shouldn’t have eaten all that
F guilt – heaviness and sinking in chest
A ruminate over mistakes, don’t focus on today, live in the past, don’t focus on the future, don’t learn from my mistakes, go through my day with guilt, possibly eat off plan to feel better
R ?

Help with the R please? I just keep thinking that I should have eaten all that, and the result that I’m creating is…..???
