First off…whoa! I did my closet last night and threw out 8 bags of clothes/shoes. Seriously, I felt so excited afterward. I don’t even have a large closet and I didn’t know what was in there. Crazy.

As to the homework. I have a few questions. When we write out positive/negative daily thoughts, are these related to the thought download?
And, any suggestions on how to transition from a journal entry to being an observer? I just sit there with pen in hand and hear, I don’t know how to do this? I’m so used to being a journal writer I’m not sure how to switch it. Is stream of consciousness writing somewhat the same?
