How to stop check-in on anxious sensations

Hello coaches

I have been dealing with general anxiety and got into habit of getting anxious of every little thing.I keep checking on my anxious feeling and decide that some situation is going to make me anxious since I have become anxious before. Even if I don’t get anxious I keep checking on why I haven’t or probably I learnt to handle it or I’m going to get anxious sooner or later. How do I model my thoughts around check-in on these feelings?
