“I eat too much”

C: 2-3 lb weight gain
T: I’ve been eating too much
F: Shame
A: isolate from boyfriend
Avoid wanting to weigh myself
Not track my food as closely
Forget my plan to pause at meal and read my mantras
Desire to restrict more for the next day
Tell myself I don’t deserve some of the fun things I’ve been buying
R: Continue to feel bad

I also feel very much that I do eat too much if I want to lose weight almost like it IS a fact, not a thought.

Did I create the result line properly?

Any advice is welcome to shift out of eating too much and change this model.
