Impossible Goal: Losing 40lbs

Hi Brooke et al! I am stuck at the part of finding solutions to my obstacles as my obstacles are all sorta mental, should I go back and brainstorm actions I am not taking?

My Impossible goal is losing 40lbs but really it’s to stop buffering with food.

So my brainstorm was things like:
It’s just not possible.
I’m not that lucky.
Life will suck.
I won’t stick with it.
It’s too hard.
Etc etc..

Can you help me find a little more structure in those thoughts to be able to write solutions to them in that part of the homework?
