Hi, I have just get into scholars. At the moment I am focusing on the stop overeating workshop. A main issue I have been having in the last years that prevents me from feeling energized through the day is insomnia. Almost every night I experience waking up after 4 hours of sleep and then spending the rest of the night with poor quality sleep. I am convinced I need to fix this to move one step further in all other aspects of my life. Does Brooke have any suggestion with respect to sleep and/or programs she recommends? Thanks for the help
