Intermittent Fasting

For weight loss, do you recommend that we have an extended fasting period every day or just a couple of times a week? I’m a slow loser. I’ve been no flour/sugar for 104 days (yes, I AM counting) and a protocol with no carbs except fruits and veggies, but lower carb ones. I’m pretty sure I’m fat adapted, because I can easily go from 8pm the previous night to 2 pm the next day without feeling hungry, headachy or really anything unpleasant. If I need to take it slow, I can and I will, but I figure why not just get this part over with as soon as possible and move on to the next thing. (I’m not seeing any archived questions on this page – I’m sure you’ve answered it more than once already!)
