Joy eat question

Hi Brooke,
Just starting SCS, for weight loss and more. Love it so far. I was listening to your podcast for a while and took the plunge last week! Great first week. Stuck to my protocol and handled it well. Question about the joy eat. I don’t think I’m quite ready for that yet but I want to make sure I understand. Can the Joy eat be a part of a meal? For example, my greatest weakness is bread. Is it considered a joy eat if have sandwich? I feel like that is also a meal and part of the meal is fuel, only the bread would be the joy eat. Also, what should your hunger level be when you do this? I feel like if I do it when I am more hungry I may over-consume the item.
