Judging myself v negatively.. Impossible to make an intentional model

I recently realized that I have a lot of judgment and resistance towards my image and myself. When I look at a picture of me now my Unintentional Model would be:

C: Picture of myself
T: This is me at that weight /me now
E: disgust or shame/unrest
A: avoidance/being v restrictive
R: nothing change/am on and off diets and sport
I can’t find a thought that works… I try to be grateful that I have a body that works, that I can change, that I have motivation to change but I still feel in resistance.

Any tips?
