Model help

I notice I keep justifying myself for not staying on my protocol. I want to be more committed and determined. I’m not sure if I’m doing the models correctly. I’d love some help on an intentional model that will create more commitment and determination. Thanks.

C- I’m at a seminar
T- I’ll just eat this one thing I’ll get back on track tomorrow
F- justified
A- I ended up eating off protocol 3 times that day
R- I’m not committed to my protocol so I’m not getting the results I want

C- I’m at a seminar
T- I’m going to honor my commitment and stay on my protocol no matter what
F- committed
A- plan ahead of time, be prepared and eat only what I planned
R- belief in myself gets stronger and I get the results I want
