You coached me on the last call about my job and hating myself. I’ve started a list of evidence of how I’m of value. Which is really helping

I have two models here and I’m wondering if they are not actually that important and I should be focused on something more powerful

C: me at work
T: I should tell boss that I’m really seriously struggling
F: sad
A: cry, pity party, consider other options, worry I’m going to do it wrong
R: I’m miserable

C: me at work
T: I’m supposed to be going through this
F: relief
A: do my thought work,
R: less struggling

Another question I have is can an action be more thoughts? Like worrying about something or something like that
