Mom guilt about letting kids buffer while home

I am about to start my life coaching training this week. I have 3 teenagers at home. One is a senior in high school who is devastated that she might miss prom and graduation and her last semester with her friends. My boys have classes online so they are not as bad. My husband passed away a year ago and so they are also dealing with that. As a mom, I feel like I am allowing them to basically set their own schedules and not enforce anything rigid because I feel bad for them. However, I then proceed to feel really guilty about teaching them to buffer. I’m trying to use the model on myself and I think I’m a little stuck. I would love some coaching on this. If possible, on Brooke’s next coaching call. Thank you !
