New to scholars – [Stressed student]

Hello! 🙂
I am new to scholars and got a little overwhelmed while browsing through the study vault, I don’t know what to focus on!

I am a 20-year-old girl, and finished my last exam of the first year of engineering two days ago. Because of Covid I lost my summer job, and suddenly I don’t know what to do with my time. A year ago I sort of hit a wall beacuse of the constant stress I was putting on myself (to be best at school, best girlfriend, look faboulus, exercise, party, be a good friend etc.). It helped moving away from my home town for college, and after a summer-vacation of only relaxation, I was ready to start my first year of college. Even though I have had the best time, the studies were really hard. I was also trying my best to get to know new people and this quickly resulted into a hectic schedual filled with studies 10-12 hours a day, with social-gatherings/parties in the evening. When the universities shut down because of Covid, I got sent home and experienced some of the same feelings that I had a year ago. The tiniest amount of problems would send a overwhelming wave of stress through my body. The feeling of not being good enough. After my last exam was finished, these feelings really came to surfase, since I couldn’t distract them anymore.

After giving you a lot of background info, my question is this;
Where in the study wault do you think I should start? I need to regain energy, not to stress about the tiniest things. Be more calm and not try to control the future.
