Non-animal protein sources

I recently listened to the overeating Q&A with Katrina from Sept 13th where she mentioned that cheese and nuts are actually 2x’s the amount of protein then the measured amount. For example: 1oz of nuts or seeds is the equivalent of 2 oz of my daily protein intake and 1oz cheese is equivalent to 2oz of my daily protein intake. I just want to make sure I have this correct? Thanks!!
