Not starting…

I joined scholars with 2 objectives in mind…One was to discover my purpose and the other for weight loss. I LOVE all of the information in the podcasts and materials. They make so much sense. I however am NOT starting…for example, the purpose I came up with is “I want to be active and healthy”. I know that walking each day and eliminating sugar and flour make sense but I am not doing either. I am listening and reading the info, but not doing! So frustrating! I have scheduled a coaching session and it is August 14th, but I was hoping for any input before then.
Also, this has been my pattern…I don’t start because I have told myself I won’t finish so why start…I have done a few models on this, but I am not getting anywhere.
