Where and How do I physically begin the “work” instead of buffering?

Hi Brook,
I became a member few days into October specifically to learn how to stop over drinking. When I finally received the blue box and started reading the material and listening to a few videos (today), I’m already overwhelmed (a little). I believe that is a “feeling” right? I guess my “thought” is I’m not going to be able to finish the Blue Box material AND the month of Octobers homework “specifically cleaning out the closet” and address the Over Drinking worksheets. I’m a mother of 3 teenagers and a full time school nurse. So my “action” is to procrastinate. I guess I need to change my thought to “I’m going to read watch the videos for one hour at night and then apply the skills”. Wow I think I just sort of completed one model! lol I seriously am committed to this but I guess the question I have is do I carry around a notebook with me and do the model for every circumstance throughout the day as well as the Over drinking worksheets? I know it sounds like a silly question but I guess I’m asking about a little guidance on what to address first. The Over Drinking worksheets or the model or both. HELP! 🙂 Now I think I need a drink! Just kidding. I’m taking this very seriously.
