Hi Brooke,

I find it so hard to prioritise. I have 5 “to do lists”. I am constantly trying to empty these lists. However, as you know more and more keeps being added on, that’s life, right?! I find it so hard to switch off from them. I feel like i am walking around with a heavy backpack, weighing me down. I look at each list and i find it difficult to see which ones are more important. I constantly feel like there is no time for fun/hobbies/ rest etc. I feel guilty. Do you have any tips?
