I have been sticking to a Protocol for a month now: eat two meals of veggies, fat and a plant-based protein between the hours of 1- 7. No flour/no sugar. I went through the initial withdrawal of headaches a severe hunger 2 weeks ago. Recently I started to feel severe hunger and headaches in the morning. I wake up feeling awful.
I have 50lbs to lose and I’ve lost 5 in a month.
Any ideas?
