Protocol while hiking

Brooke. Seriously. I have no words to convey how much your program has helped me to change my life. I’ve taken control of my overeating, I’ve quit smoking and I’ve taken massive action in my career. I have more clarity than ever before. Thank you for being you and sharing your work with us.

My question! I will be going on a 2 week long trip that involves several hours per day of hiking. I’m wondering if I need to adjust the protocol to accommodate the amount of energy being expended. Add breakfast? Increase amount of food at lunch and dinner? In the past, I’ve relied on snacks while on the trails but I’m no longer snacking.
