*** Qs about the impossible goal


Can forming a new habit (which requires action every day) be considered a worthy fail, if it’s important for the goal?

What will ‘failing’ mean then? Will it be a fail if I stop doing it? Or if I skip just one day? OR do I get to decide in advance?

If it’s a habit that I want to practice for the entire year, do I put it in all 4 quarters? Or just the first quarter?
