repeating thought, repeating model

Hey there,

I am a college student doing a summer semester and I am a chronic stressball. I have a hard time dealing with thoughts and feelings of overwhelm which is why I signed up for scholars. I have been having a repeating thought that I am going to flunk my summer semester which makes me anxious. I have created a model for this thought but it keeps on coming up again and again in my head even though I have created a model for it. Is it ok to have to talk back/do a model again and again for a thought that comes up daily?
