Is it safe to say that any time I feel resistance, I’m not doing it right?

Resistance meaning the struggle in myself usually when there’s something I really want to do (like, lose 20 more lbs say) and yet at the same time I want to overeat.

Or the struggle in myself when I don’t want to show up for something on my calendar, but I’ve made a great play for being successful.

Is resistance ever good? Or am I aiming to allow any and all urges and just carry on with my plan in all areas…?
