Results vs. B+ work

Hi Brooke! I’d love to understand more about how to enjoy the journey and aim for B+ work while delivering amazing results. You’ve talked about how you’re very results-oriented with your business and employees, but I’m not sure how that fits with the idea of NOT aiming for perfection. Can you tell me more about how those two concepts fit together? What if one of your employees aims for a certain result and works their tail off but doesn’t quite get there? How do you handle that?
