September Goal – Last 10 Lbs To Loose

My goal is to loose last 10lbs – I am wondering about calendar daily activities around my goal – nothing seems significantly different – morning routine , work , food plan , daily physical activities – everything that I have been doing , is the process of writing it down in a calendar – is that what’s the different ? Am I over complicating ? With my goal in particular what would be the perfect calendar to learn from and achieve my goal ? Thank you
