To Smoothie or not to smoothie?

Wow that call yesterday– UNREAL! Truly. Question regarding your thoughts on protocol. I have been doing intermittent fasting and it’s been working! I’ve lost 9 lbs. I am moving towards my goal weight and have 18 more to lose. I often break fast at 1pm with a meal. A couple times this week I will be out and not have proper time to guarantee 30 min to eat. What are your thoughts on a smoothie– with VERY little fruit.

Almond milk (unsweetened) collagen protein (no sugar), spinach, cauliflower, frozen blueberries and some coconut oil. Not completely ideal…But feels like the best idea given circumstances. Thoughts?
