So Many Thoughts

When I started doing this work several months ago I got in the habit of doing a model (unintentional and intentional) every day. Now I have pages full of intentional thoughts to use in different situations but I dont feel like any of them have becone habitual. Should I stop doing new models and just focus on the ones I already have? Or continue to do new models but review all my intentional thoughts daily so I start to make them habitual?

I find the modeling helpful in each situation for days (or even weeks) after I do the model, but have noticed that after this initial momentum/change I start to slip back to my old thoughts and habits that were not serving me. Am I trying to do too much at once or do I just need to be more deliberate/purposeful in keeping my intentional models in mind each day?
