I’ve been working on my social issues. Do you believe in introversion? I am in the the guidelines of what it says. The thing is I have worked on this and going by the model my thoughts are creating my emotions. I also hear you in my minds ear saying “even if you can’t come up with the thought it’s still a thought”. So what do I do? I’m am being brutally honest with myself. When the feeling hits I really do inventory every thought and there is nothing. What is the next step?
