Stop drinking while working in the alcohol industry

I want to stop overdrinking and using alcohol as a buffer. My biggest challenge is that I work for a brewery and it is the normal to try beers all day and have beers after work. I’m having trouble resisting the urge because it is all around me all the time.

My thoughts go to “I should quit and not work around alcohol in order to not drink”. I’m having trouble with creating intentional models that I believe, how can I over come this thought process?
