Stop Overeating Workshop


I want to learn how to not do any emotional eating anymore. Plus, not having to worry about food anymore, having a protocol and focusing on important things in life sounds like so much fun 🙂
How do I do learn and practice what’s in the SO asset?
Do I listen to parts of the workshop and do a bit of the workbook everyday? Should I listen to the book first? From the experiences of the other students, what is the best way to go through the process?
