Struggling to Constrain

How do you recommend constraining?

I’m feeling like I need SO much of what’s offered in scholars right now – emotional management, getting it done, living my purpose, feeling my feelings, bookkeeping, enjoying myself, feeling better, starting a business. Agh! I know I could just pick one, but what I most need changes daily. And as a result I feel like I’m getting as much out of scholarship as I could. Any advice? Feels overwhelming.
