When you do Facebook ads, is it best to target those who are already looking for the solution you offer? Are those people who are more like to pay the premium?

For example, I help introverts who struggle with anxiety and I find people in anxiety support groups on Facebook need a lot of convincing and don’t seem to be able to afford coaching.

I’m wondering if more consciousness/awareness/thought groups, people already actively learning about thoughts affecting emotions would be better?

Trying to understand if support groups are mainly for people to stay victims and share stories and if so, if I should go after those seeking growth.
