Tedious Powerful Worksheet

Hi Brooke,

Regarding the Tedious Powerful Worksheet from the Stop Overeating Workshop, how should we use this? I have not eaten fast food from McDonald’s in over 1 month and it was previously one of my very favorite binge foods for many years. Some days, I still crave it after a stressful day at work, and I was thinking about eating McDonald’s again sometime just to do the Tedious Powerful Worksheet. However, I am worried that I will totally lose control again and it will ruin my current progress causing me to binge. Is there a systematic way of approaching this worksheet so that it will not have that effect on me? Or is it even worth it to do the worksheet at all since I am doing quite well in not eating it? Thank you!
