The Watcher to an absolute extreme

I’m an LCS certified coach and long-time Scholar, well versed in the model. I’ve become such the Watcher of my mind that I watch and notice and judge every thought I have. I don’t know how to turn it off. I watch every thought I have. It makes me so anxious. I can’t get any rest because I’m always thinking about what I’m thinking about. I know that sounds insane, but I don’t know how to turn this off. What do I do here? As much detail as you can give is so appreciated, I’m really struggling with this.
