Thoughts about negative thoughts

My thought downloads are loaded with negative thoughts. I am not surprised by this, and it’s why I’m here! 🙂 I also INTELLECTUALLY know that negative thoughts are not bad, they are just part of being human.

My current challenge is with managing my thoughts about my negative thoughts (e.g. What’s wrong with me? Why am I so negative? etc). I’m wondering if I should focus first on changing those and just letting specific negative thoughts about weight, relationships, work etc. go unmanaged, or if I should be doing both at the same time.

I’m exhausted. And I know the thought “I’m exhausted” is a thought and I am not managing it and now I’m thinking “why can’t I figure this out?” and now I’m really overwhelmed. This happens ALL. DAY. LONG.
