Time Management

Hi Brooke, I could use your advice as to how much time it’s good to start out with down time when creating your schedule? My downtime has been time wasters and just filled with guilt. How much time do you recommend a person start with? What do you include in your downtime? I work 40 hours a week with a second PT job. Also, I know you have said that you protect your time and decide ahead of time what to do. Do you plan out your days a week in advance or the day before? I’m thinking there can be spaces in the calendar for downtime, working out, meal prep, spending time with family, friends, producing, self coaching etc. How do you handle day to day unplanned events? Do you allow your plan you set for yourself and repsond to it the following day? Thank you so much!
