Tiredness in the evening and getting things done


My question is about tiredness. I realize it is a physical feeling but also a feeling that could be caused or at the very least amplified by thoughts. Right now, I am having difficulty with tiredness after work. I’m finding it hard to accomplish all the tasks I want to in the evening such as work on my impossible goal because I feel so darn tired when I get home. What is the best way to go about this? Any advice?
